Addicting Games User Submission Agreement

Please read this User Submission Agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully because it is a part of the Terms of Use Agreement and represents your legally binding agreement with us regarding your submission (and our display and distribution) of content to the Site. Unless defined separately, terms used in this Agreement are defined in our Terms of Use Agreement.

We have the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time as described in our Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, please do not make use of the Site or upload content.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must meet the age eligibility and requirements set forth in the Terms of Use Agreement each time you submit User Content.

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in any game or other content you submit to Addicting Games (“User Content”). Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of User Content to Addicting Games.

License to Addicting Games

By submitting User Content, you grant Addicting Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to use, host, display, distribute and promote User Content solely in connection with the Addicting Games platform.

Non-Infringement

You confirm you have the right to submit User Content and that the User Content does not and will not infringe or otherwise violate any laws, intellectual property rights or trade secrets of any third party.

You warrant that (i) User Content does not contain elements that are not owned by you and for which you have not obtained written permission to use those elements in User Content and (ii) you have not entered into and will not enter into any agreement that may conflict with the rights granted to Addicting Games herein.

Addicting Games does not endorse copyright infringing activities or other intellectual property infringing activities and violations may result in the removal of User Content if Addicting Games is notified of such violations. Removal and termination of accounts may occur without prior notice.

If you believe any User Content violates the copyright of any other party, you can notify us by complying with the procedures set forth in our Copyright Compliance Policy.

No Derivative or Sublicensing Rights

Except as technically necessary to host or display User Content, Addicting Games will not modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or sublicense User Content without your written consent.

No Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submission does not entitle you to payment or revenue sharing.

Termination and Removal of Content

Addicting Games may remove User Content at its discretion. Removal of User Content does not affect your ownership of User Content. You may request removal of User Content at any time.

If you choose to remove User Content, the license granted pursuant to this agreement shall terminate and Addicting Games will cease new use of User Content, in each case within a commercially reasonable time after the removal of User Content, excluding the retention or archival or backup copies.

Acceptance

By accepting these terms and submitting User Content, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and the Terms of Use Agreement.

General

The Terms of Use Agreement, which incorporates this Agreement, is the entire agreement between you and us relating to User Content and your use of the Site and supersedes any prior or inconsistent agreements. Addicting Games may terminate this Agreement with you and your right to use the User Content Submission Features at any time without notice to you.

This Addicting Games User Submission Agreement was last modified on 19 February 2026, and is effective immediately.
